Delivery Information

This product is delivered direct from LPD Doors. After purchase, we will confirm availability of your order. More information on the delivery process can be found below:

1. On confirmation that LPD Doors has the product(s) in stock, the customer will receive an order confirmation by text and email with a reference number
2. LPD Doors will send a separate text/ email with a delivery schedule. The customer must reply 'Yes' to confirm delivery. Alternatively, the customer can call 0113 2513948 or email homedeliveries@lpddoors.co.uk to book another delivery date (all of which is explained in the message)
3. Once the products have been picked and dispatched by LPD, the customer will receive a tracking link with visual tracking data. This includes a planned arrival time
4. Problems with deliveries are very rare, but we always recommend that every customer checks their order when it is delivered for any obvious signs of damage. If you are not fully satisfied with the condition of the goods at the point of delivery, we ask that you mark down on the drivers delivery note that the goods are signed for and received 'damaged'. Please inform LPD Doors (using the contact details above - this will allow them to quickly rectify any problems and ensure that replacements can be issued
5. Once the delivery is complete, you will receive a final 'thank you' message.
